HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You just need to choose the item you like and then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND START SHIPPING?

We’ll prepare your order within 3-5 days (Excluding weekends & holidays) and let you know tracking number.

WHAT’S SHIPPING METHOD YOU OFFER?

Normal shipping: Your order will be sent out by normal airmail post. You will be charged $20.

It will take 10-20 days for delivery.

Fast shipping: We will choose the best shipping method to your country. You will be charged $15 more than normal shipping. It will only take 7-15 days for delivery.

WHERE CAN WE DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO?

We ship to most countries in the world except for some countries with shipping difficulties. Countries not shipped to include: India, Israel, Malta, Palestinian Territory, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, South Sudan, Palestine.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF MY PAYMENT RESULT?

Every customer who has paid the order will be notified of the payment result via email (please make sure your email is a valid one), we usually notify you of the payment result within 24 hours after you pay. If your payment is successful, we will let you know the handling and shipping days; if the payment is failed, we will let you know the reason and assist you to take actions to make your payment proceed.
